Nearly impossible to find still in the box, the Batman Lantern was produced by AHI in 1977. It features a bust of Batman with a light at the base and a black folding handle. The box artwork has Batman holding the lantern on the left extended panel while the front and side show a different image of Batman holding his cape across his body. On the left side, Robin is pictured lunging forward. The Batman Lantern box is solid and the cellophane is still attached although it is dented and creased at the top. The tape has dried so the box is no longer sealed and the box has some shelf wear and a few small creases. The inside backer card and base that holds the lantern in place are still present. On the right side of the box is a Toys R Us sticker from when it was originally sold in stores.
