Batman Tin Battery-Operated Batmobile ( AHI 1972 ). This tin Batmobile was released by Ahi / Azrak Hamway in 1972 and shares the
same body mold as many Batmobiles released by Cien Ge in Japan. This is the first issue blue Batmobile by AHI with the 1972
copyright behind Batman in the cockpit. The car is in excellent condition with light wear and a few scratches. It has great color
and rubber wheels with white tin hubs and the battery is clean. It has red pinstripes on the sides with red across the tops of the
fins and lightly faded red translucent lights and rocket exhaust. The lower tail lights are lithographed. Batman and Robin have
plastic painted heads over tin upper bodies. The front headlights and grills are unpainted tin and the windshield is translucent
green. The doors, hood, and dashboards are lithographed with great color. The box advertises "Battery Operated Mystery Action"
when activated and is marked "NO. 5421".
