BATMAN JAPANESE BATMOBILE #03 (BELLMARK) |
Updated: July 18, 2023
This Batmobile was released by Tsukudaya in 1966 for the Japanese market. The blue plastic car is still in the original package
which reads "Bellmark's Batman Car" in Japanese at the top of the card. The card has different colored circles containing Batsymbols down the sides and the bottom of the card says "makes sounds when running" in Japanese. The back of the package has great artwork of Batman and Robin swinging on ropes in front of some city buildings with a red Batmobile below. Inside the package, the car is a
simple blue Batmobile with a blue Batman head and yellow Robin head inside clear bubble windshields. The Batmobile is new and unused
in the package which has significant wear. The cellophane covering the car has several tears and the card itself has a tear at the
top right. There is fading on the card front with significant creases shown on both sides. Despite the heavy wear and scuffing, the back of the card retains good colors.
Value: $100.
