Halloween Products Presents limited promotional hand mask. Extremely rare already! This hand mask was handed out in Chicago at the largest Halloween Convention Show in the world to promote the companies carrying Universal Studios Monster products for the year 2000.

The best way to describe this item is to compare it to a masquerade mask. You hold it up to your face and look through the cut out eyes. The face of "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" and on the back are the company names carrying Universal Products.
