Here is a rare and very limited 1:6 resin kit depicting Universal's Creature From the Black Lagoon (1954) trying to escape his shackles in a dynamic diorama riffing on the sequel Revenge of the Creature (1955). This very impressive kit comes built and painted as pictured, and is adorned with realistic touches like algae growing on the log and the anchor and textured "sand" affixed to the base. Incredible swimming pose really captures Ricou Browning's swimming style and is one of the more "magical" in its illusion of underwater mass. If you paid someone to build this it would cost at least three or four hundred dollars, so don't miss your chance to obtain this holy grail of Creature kits! Kit measures 14" tall to the top of the Creature's head.
