Topps 1968 Land of The Giant's Test Issue display box - truly one of the rarest non-sport boxes from the 1960's. Front side of box has two small staples holding box together. Each side of the box (right and left side) have one staple holding box together. This was a test issue box and staples were part of the hand assembly process. 1 1/2" tear on top of box. Location is across the shoe of the Giant and has been repaired. Fabulous non-faded colors. Great presentation with sharp corners and edges on the box.

Overall condition is EX-Mt not taking in account for the tear that has been repaired. No code info on bottom of box. It does say © Topps Chewing Gum, Inc. MFG., Brooklyn, N.Y. 11232 Made and Printed in USA From the collection of Bob Marks Non-Sports.

In 20 years of collecting this is the first time I have ever seen this item. Very rare indeed, and was up for bid on 9/7/4 on eBay from seller Cfoldphoto of Cherry Hill New Jeresey.
