This is one of the most unique kits ever produced. If you Google "Spindrift" one of the first pictures you will find is of the actress (Deanna Lund) from the "Land of the Gaints" TV show, dressed in a white bikini, holding the large studio model of the Spindrift spacecraft. This re-creates that shot and does not require any modification to your Spindrift model, it simply slides right into her hands for display! This large version is designed to hold the Polar Lights and Aurora versions of the ship, which is NOT INCLUDED. We also offer a smaller version to fit the Moebius Models Spindrift kit. There is no need to glue the ship into her hands, but we do recommend securing her hiney ho to whatever she is to sit upon. One suggestion is to simply secure a small rectangle of clear plexiglass to her rear... an easy modification that makes her easily movable.... making for a great and unique addition to a clazzy model display!
