Item comes with certificate signed by Guy Williams, Jr. This high-quality replica hat is made exclusively for me (Guy Williams, Jr.) by Baron Hats of California. Eddie Baron, the original owner of Baron hats and one of the best-known original Hollywood movie hat makers, made the original hats for Walt Disney's Zorro (probably either directly or under contract with Western Costume - we even found my dad's measurements along with the other cast members of the show in Eddies original, hand-written measurement book). I worked very closely with Eddie's apprentice and current owner of Baron Hats, Mark Mejia, to authentically replicate my dad's hat from the show. More than four years of collaborative research and design went into getting this hat as close to the original design as possible even using some of Eddie's original hat blocks.

I personally oversee the fabrication of each hat and am the final inspector before shipping. This fine hat comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by me (Guy Jr.). The inside of each hat is also signed.

These hats are custom-made to order, so a measurement form and instructions will be emailed to you when we receive your order.

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery after payment verification and measurement information has been received by us.

SHIPPING DETAILS: Approximate size of box is 18"x15"x7" and is considered "package (or thick envelope)". Weight is approximately 2 lbs.12 oz. Normal shipping is through U.S. Postal Service and insurance is required. SHIPPING DISCOUNT applies when multiple items are shipped at same time to one address. Discount applies for three days from first purchase as long as buyer requests this option in initial purchase.
