Vintage original oversize production unit storyboards of a man on fire killed by a steam pipe blast sequence from this classic Irwin Allen cliffhanger. The unit storyboards illustrate the actors' movements and artist renderings of the blast from this thrilling scene, hand-drawn in colored ink marker and applied watercolor on leaves of artist illustration paper, with hand-drawn borders and handwritten captions in black ink on the mount board. The storyboards range in size from 9.25" x 4" to 24.5" x 12.25", and are affixed to 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 40" x 30". Actual artwork reproduced on pages 438-450 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019.
