Oversize Unit Storyboard of Stairwell Collapse from The Towering Inferno ( Irwin Allen Productions, 1974 ). Vintage original oversize production blueline unit storyboard featuring a sequence of the stairwell below the 87th-floor collapse from this classic Irwin Allen cliffhanger. The unit storyboard highlights camera angles and illustrates the intricate shots required to capture this sequence with areas in watercolor, hand-drawn elements in colored ink marker, and hand-drawn elements in black ink. Trimmed portions of the script detailing the scene are affixed along the lower edge. Measures 26.5" x 20.25" and affixed to 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 40" x 30".
