The Duncan Enterprises office papers were included with both 3ft scenic elevator miniatures I owned. The items came from Greg Jein ( they can be seen on your site in the box as a fan poses by flying subs in Jeins storage ). I have 6 such papers all are different and the text has nothing to do with the film itself. They measure 8 1/2 x 11.
