JONATHAN HARRIS PHOTO GALLERY #2 |

Of all the TV shows over the years, I can't think of any character
more powerful as strong as Jonthan Harris role as Dr. Zachary Smith
on Lost in Space. His role was so versatile, it made the show
exciting, dramatic, and mostly fun to watch.
Jonathan could make you laugh, cry, love em, or hate him. His facial
expressions also added much to his wackie style of stupendous acting.
I never missed those weekly "cliff-hangers" when Dr. Smith was being
attacked by some weird alien monster from some strange unknown planet.
Thoughs loud screams of help and pity got him no where. What were those
monsters going to do with him anyway? Eat him for dinner, really!
Jonathan got many of his ideas for the show from kids from his childhood
life. I love one episode "The Great Vegetable Rebellion". In the beginning
of this episode a birthday cake was made for the Robot. In the
middle of the night, Dr. Smith went for a late night snack. Finding
the cake, Jonathan cut the middle of the cake, took the center
piece, and pushed the remains together. A true classic of a scene
that Jonathan delivered so well.
