A special collection of Lost In Space memorabilia. These items were recently part of a silent auction held at the
famed Catalina Island Museum in Avalon, California. This annual event helps support the museum. This year the event
was attended by special guests Barbara Billingsley from Leave it to Beaver, Marion Ross from Happy Days,
Shirley J Jones from The Partridge Family, June Lockhart from Lassie and Lost in Space, and Beverly Garland from My
Three Sons. They were honored at the auction for their contributions to American popular culture. Each provided
unique silent auction items.
Items from June Lockhart's private collection. The items listed here were donated by June Lockhart to the Catalina
museum and are from her private collection of Lost In Space memorabilia. The collection includes:
Model of Dr. Smith & the Robot signed by June Lockhart this is a sealed model of Dr. Smith and the Robot. It hasn't
been opened and the plastic is in perfect condition. The model has been signed by June Lockhart (see picture). The
signature is on the outside of the plastic. Lost In Space fans will enjoy having this model kit, featuring
Dr. Zachary Smith in his chariot outfit with a pistol, the model kit is 1/11 scale and comes with fully color
illustrated box art similar to the classic Aurora models of the 1960's, easy to follow assembly instruction sheets,
clear parts for the robot and a display base with Chariot tracks, the model includes both Dr. Smith and the B9 (YM3)
Robot.
Lost In Space Still / Picture signed by June Lockhart the auction also included a still / picture of the entire
Lost In Space crew that has also been signed by June Lockhart. Auction Certificate From Catalina Island Museum. A
certificate from the museum is included. This was auction #113 and includes a description of the items and certifies
that June Lockhart donated it. The auction value started at $70.
