I am not sure if this was a fan made item, or a promotional item made back in 1965? It does have the 20th Century name printed on the sticker. I believe this item was included in the press kits that were issued as a promotional item for the show. The sticker is 16x14 with the Jupiter-2, and the "Lost in Space" logo on it.
