This spy toy gun was made in the early 1960's. It is believed that the "Lost in Space" 1st season laser pistol was made from this toy? Modifications to the gun was added such as the eye viewer, neck piece, and round disc added to the gun. This toy was also painted green, and used as a military gun as well. This toy was never marketed as a "Lost in Space" item. But still, I have seen this toy gun sell for well over $100. on eBay.
