This is yet another series of kits designed by Mike Evans & Phil Lublin at Lunar Models. This was the 1st kit done by "David Gutierrez" my model builder. David never did any kits related to Irwin Allen's TV shows. After this kit, David is a real pro in building and painting these find kits.

This kit is made of all resin, and the control panels have been retooled. The chest panels are now clearly marked with the lettering on the buttons for viewing of the B-9 Robot special functions. David also added a base for this mechanical wonder, and included a light in the chest area. The bubble head flips open for inside viewing. "Peanuts or candies anyone!?" No, this is not the Franklin Mint Robot! Photos 4-9 is the same Lunar Model kit, but built and painted by a different model builder. The B-9 Robot is painted with detail care, with a special base added, a Lost in Space insigna added, and a glass dome for that final touch.
