Issued in Japan only by the Marusan Company in 1966. The artwork on the box is awesome, and the kit is quite different. The kit has a full color artwork with unusual Lost in Space photos. The model is made up of an 11" clear hull with a full upper-level interior that has nothing in common of that of the show. The kit also includes wheels & an electric motor. This is a very rare kit to obtain! The Japanese did two different model kits on the Jupiter-2 from the Lost in Space TV series.
