This is the original Jupiter-2 master molds taken off the original Jupiter-2 18" inch prop. Icons now long gone, an x-employee who was building my replica B-9 Robot, was given these in payment due to him at that time. He had no interest in these, and contacted me hoping I would have interest in them? I purchase these in hope to contact someone later that could recast and hopefully sell the Jupiter-2 to the many fans that were robbed of there pre-paid Jupiter-2's? Including me!!! I was the first pre-paid Jupiter-2 custmer as well. Plus, the x-employee wanted these to go into the hands of a true and loyal fan of the show that would appreciate these masters.

As you can see the upper and lower hull was nearly completed. The inside hulls were personally signed by Jim Key, who was involved in this project, and in expert on every detail of the Jupiter-2. Mr. Key did many designs and drawings over the years, including working with Phil Lublin and Mike Evans at Lunar Models. I have all the molds for the Jupiter-2. I didn't take pictures of them, for there not really interesting to look at? I did take two photos (green ones) to give you an idea what they look like. If I get enough e-mails and interest on this, I will take photos of the complete set of masters???

Many fans asked about the Icons Jupiter-2, now the answer is known. Icons spent alot of money casting these, and they indeed plan on producing this great icon treasure to the fans. Hopefully Sci-Fi Metro or some other company will market a true replica Jupiter-2 in the near future?
