Vintage Ribbed top Children's size silver space boots. Old Western Costume Stock. Has Western Label - Very Cool! Comes with COA from The Museum of Mom and Pop Culture.

These are young Billy Mumy space boots from the Will Robinson character from Irwin Allen's TV series, Lost in Space. It is unknown if these were used from season one, or season 3 of the series? It is possible they were used throughout the entire series? As with all props and costumes there is wear to the boots, but seeing that there over 50 years old, they are in remarkable condition.

I got the boots today. I will take pictures this weekend of them. I have removed the ribbing and have also made a discovery. This set of boots once zipped on the outside of the foot. At some point the zipper was moved to the inside foot either later on LIS or another project? The zipper area has been sewn up with black threading. They have the costumers numbers and Western stamps, paint pen and labeling. They are possibly size 4 and were "Builtright" boots with a distinct brownish sole. Additional photos of the suit with boots and the zipper alteration and how the ankle taping marks on the suit tuck into the boots will be sent for the site shortly.
