Lost in Space Futuristic Prop Flashlight ( CBS-TV, 1965-1968 ). Vintage original Dynalite brand handheld flashlight prop. This plastic flashlight was used in Lost in Space due to its unconventional design that separated the look of it from other flashlights of the day. The 10" x 5" x 4" plastic flashlight features a white double battery compartment, a long sleek carrying handle, a flat panel at the bottom of the casing to stand the light on a surface and a bright red ringed rim around the lens and light mechanism. Electronics untested. Exhibiting age, wear and scratching overall and clouding to the lens. Provenance: Profiles in History Auction 40, June 11, 2010, Lot 671.
