The Remco B9 is slightly over 12 inches tall, and this one comes in the highly desirable and scarce
red-blue color combination. This is the original battery operated 1966 Lost in Space TV series Robot
by Remco. The back of the Robot is embossed with the Remco logo, the production date and "Lost in Space
T.M. Space Productions". He is fully tested, motor and blinking light work. All plastic parts on the
body are clean and in great condition. There are no cracks in the chest, the head has both tabs, all
body parts are in excellent condition.
This is a battery-operated Robot that works with two D-cells batteries that are held in place by the
original battery bar. There is a light in the chest that blinks when the start bar is pushed in, and
the Robot can be steered by moving the steering bar at the base. The arms can be moved by pressing on
the arms levers in the back. The dome has the typically found separation on these Robots, this is
normal from age and not a defect. The dome is removable by turning and unlocking from the main body to
replace the light bulb inside his chest. The side decals are in excellent condition.
Value: $500-Up depending on condition and completed with original Remco display box.
