Shown here is the top piece of actress Lacey Chabert cryo space suit. Lacey portrayed the updated Penny Robinson from the 1998 Lost in Space movie. I have seen several of these cool costumes this past year. The actors had to lay in latex rubber for 8 hours for the moulds of their costumes. The costumes are like a skin divers wet suit, and are very heavy when worn. This is the upper piece of the costume and is incomplete. The wiring for the lighting went through the top of the suit to the bottom of the leg, were the power was storied. I was told that 4 to 6 costumes were made for each actor during the making of this film.
