PLANET OF THE APES ORIGINAL COSTUME DRAWINGS #02 |
Updated: December 07, 2019
This is a one-of-a-kind treasure, from the 20th Century/Fox studio
archives in Hollywood, California. This is the wardrobe dept. photo
of the original pen and ink, black/white, costume designer's, concept
sketch/drawings of the chimp & gorilla characters from the 1968 movie-
Planet of the Apes.
They measures 8"x10", and is on flat (not glossy) photo-type paper perfect
for framing. It is in very good condition, with just a little wear on
the edges, & the writing (which is real black pen) describes the different
colors for the different costume parts, which is a little smeared.
This sketch drawing came out of the artist bider, so there are 3-hole
punches on the left edge, that does not interfere with the writing or the
images. In the lower right corner is the item/catalog #121/x/2.
Value: $300-Up. (Each)
