Robby the Robot was the star of the first multi-million dollar science-fiction epic "Forbidden Planet" starring Leslie Neilson, Walter Pidgeon, and Anne Francis. Segueing from big screen productions Robby made an effortless, and successful transition into television; where he later starred in many classic shows such as "The Thin Man", "Lost in Space", "The Twilight Zone", "The Addams Family", and "The Love Boat", to name a few.

An authentic replica, 1/5 scale, Robby the Robot is a 16" plastic robot, manufactured by Masudaya in Japan in 1985. Comes with the original manual in Japanese and styrofoam packaging. Just pressed the button, and he talks!

For fans and collectors of all sorts, this is definitely a piece of nostalgia that can't be found just anywhere. Dimensions: 18" x 9.5" x 7".
