An original recreation of a Zanti creature as seen used in the Season 1 episode "The Zanti Misfits" from The Outer Limits ( United Artists Television, 1963 ).

This charming model is composed of a resin material, with imitation fur adhered to its body. This recreation was completed circa 1970, roughly five years post-production. This model was developed using the deteriorated remains of the original prop from the 1970 MGM auction, when the item had been obtained by magazine editor and science fiction collector Forrest Ackerman.

This model is mounted to a wooden base. Measures 11.25 x 8 x 5 inches.
