Ceti Eel Creature Maquette from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan ( Paramount, 1982 ). Vintage original eel creature maquette constructed from cast resin expertly painted and finished to detail. The creature is a burrowing desert animal native to the planet Ceti Alpha V where Khan ( Ricardo Montalban ) and his superhuman crew were exiled in TOS episode "Space Seed". In Star Trek II, the terrifying fully developed creature can be prominently seen when Khan extracts baby eels from under its carapace. Measures 11" x 4.5" x 3" and attached to a 8.5" x 11.5" clear acrylic base. Exhibiting age minor paint chipping and handling.
