STAR WARS ORIGINAL BIB FORTUNA BLASTER |

"Bib Fortuna" Blaster from Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi ( TCF, 1983 ). Vintage original prop blaster crafted of fiberglass and painted black with distressed silver accents on barrel muzzle and trigger. This style blaster is associated with
the character Bib Fortuna ( Michael Carter ) yet is not seen in the final edit of the film but appears in the Star Wars Visual Dictionary as a "short-range assassin's blaster" as well as the Action Figure Archives book. Accompanied by an LOA from noted
Star Wars expert Brandon Alinger confirming this as being "an original prop from the production of Return of the Jedi" and states
that a similar piece was displayed at the Art of Star Wars exhibit in San Francisco in 1995. Exhibits age and production wear
including paint loss and chipping to finish, chipped edges to muzzle and a broken greeblie at the bottom of the grip. Provenance: Profiles in History Hollywood Auction #25, July 28, 2006, Lot #477.
