The Addams Family is an American television series based on the characters in Charles Addams cartoons from The New Yorker magazine. The 30-minute series was shot in black and white and aired for two seasons in 64 installments on ABC from 18 September 1964 to 8 April 1966. The Addams Family ranked 23rd in its first season, with a 23.9 rating.
