Maquette of "Rosie the Robot" created by X-F/X for the feature film The Jetsons Movie, which never went into production. This maquette of the efficient Jetson family housemaid, "Rosie the Robot", was built by the effects house X-F/X for presentation to the film's executives, c. 2000. The maquette is constructed of styrene / resin, and measures approx. 16 in. tall. Mounted on a custom base.
