Vintage Pacific Title Concept Art and Half-Sheet Poster for Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea ( ABC TV, 1964-1968 ). Original vintage hand-painted, title card concept art for this fan favorite Irwin Allen submarine adventure, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.

Accomplished in white gouache with some paste up elements on 23 in. x 15 in. black illustration board. The card features the program's logo title together with action/adventure ( and disaster ) maven, Irwin Allen's, name credit both above, and below the title. With handwritten production notations, "177-61 For TV - block off top line where indicated on copy", and "use center that fits! For TV" at the left edge, and center registration markings at the left and right edges. It bears some mounting remnants along the top edge. It exhibits some slight edge and corner wear, but remains in very good condition. Together with a Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea ( 1961 ) motion picture half-sheet poster on linen. Fine+, with some light smudges in the borders and touchups along the folds. Acquired from Pacific Title Archives.
