VOYAGE SEAVIEW JAPANESE TOY #01 |
Updated: May 07, 2012
One of the toughest Voyage to thr Bottom of the Sea items to find.
The seaview is actually closer to 1 1/2" 1.5". Also included are
pictures to show comparison of sizes and a picture with a ruler.
It is believed that several different color variations were made
on this toy Seaview?
As you can see in the photos, there is a bottom chamber under the
Seaview toy. The bag is 'salt' which is added by the spoon, that
after placing in water makes a 'bubbling-effect' within the Submarine.
This was a very common practice with water toys in the 1960's.
Again this is the first that this Japanese toy has been seen here in
the U.S. and on the internet for the fans enjoyment.
Special thanks to, Salim of the UK on this scare collectible!
Value: $100.
