Concept Paste-up Art from Code Red ( ABC, 1981-1982 ). Vintage original paste up artwork with production notes visible through a
black matte. The artwork is of opening credits for the firefighting show focused on the work of the Los Angeles County Fire
Department and the challenges they faced in their day-to-day work. Each episode of "Code Red" followed the firefighters and
paramedics as they responded to various emergencies, including fires, explosions, and natural disasters. The show starred
Lorne Greene as Battalion Chief Joe Rorchek, a veteran firefighter who led the team of firefighters and paramedics. Andrew Stevens played his son, Chris Rorchek, who was a firefighter and paramedic. The show also featured Sam J. Jones as Ted, a firefighter who
was new to the team, and Marta DuBois as paramedic Annie. Includes 3-production synopsis booklets. The artwork measures 22" x 17"
and exhibits age, minor scratching to the acetates and illustration board, loosening tape and handling.
