I came across a press kit from the Sci-Fi Channel. The kit is to promote "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" which is to air on Saturday 9-30-95 (8:00-10:00 Pm) The press kit has recent bios on Bill Mumy and June Lockhart, as well as a description of the format for the two hour tribute. It comes with a 8 x 10 black and white photo of the cast along with Dick, Bob and the Robot. The kit also comes with two color "mini" photos one showing Bill and Jonathan standing by the Robot, and the other with the girls standing next to the Robot. The kit itself is a black folder with a "gold" Sci-Fi Channel logo on the front.

The pages have the name and number of the publicist from the Sci-Fi Channel. I bought this on eBay about 8 years ago.
