Set of ( 2 ) Futuristic Stylus Pens from Star Trek: The Original Series ( Paramount TV, 1966-1969 ). Vintage original ( 2 ) triangular stylus pen props constructed of carved wood, one is painted gold and features a ballpoint pen head embedded at the tip, and the other is painted in three shades of gray and was made without a pen tip. Both measure 8.25". One of a number of prop instruments used throughout the series by multiple characters. Exhibiting age, and production wear including scuffing to finish and some paint loss. The gray stylus was exhibited at the legendary Star Trek: The Exhibit at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Washington, D.C., February 1992 through January 1993.
