Galileo 5 / Copernicus 3 Starfleet Shuttlecraft Filming Miniature from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier ( Paramount, 1989 ) Original filming miniature Type-4 Shuttlecraft assigned to USS Enterprise NCC-1701-A, cleverly used in Star Trek V as both the Galileo and Copernicus shuttlecraft ( port side is labeled "Galileo / 5" with starboard labeled "Copernicus / 3" ). Nose of shuttle is marked "5". The aft hatch number has been removed following production ( the miniature effects crew switched the aft hatch "5" decal with "3" for the necessary sequence ). Crafted of steel, aluminum, fiberglass, resin and vacuum-formed components. Exhibiting age and production wear, including scuffing to paint, flaking of decals, missing lower panel in the nose.
