An original Snowtrooper helmet as seen used in Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens ( Lucasfilm Ltd., 2015 ).

The exterior of this helmet prop is composed of an injection-molded polyurethane and features an inner gelcoat and fiberglass lining with foam padding. Holes are present so that the wearer can see while wearing the helmet. This type of helmet prop can be seen in the background on Starkiller Base during General Hux's ( Domhnall Gleeson ) speech announcing the end of the Republic.

Snowtroopers have a distinct helmet style that sets them apart from the general First Order stormtroopers including a smoother, more rounded front faceplate. The lack of black detailing on these helmets would allow the Snowtroopers to better disguise themselves in snowy landscapes, such as that of Starkiller Base. Prop measures 18.5 x 17 x 14 inches.
